"I have an almost 3 y.o. daughter and a baby due in a few weeks. I looked into the sit n' stand and the Caboose, but rec'd enough mixed reviews that I decided against both. It sounded like most people justdid not use them for very long b/c the older child quickly tired of thenovelty of being able to stand, and sitting was not popular b/c (1) thechild was facing backwards and (2) when the baby's seat is reclined (asit has to be for the car seat to fit), the child cannot actuallycomfortably sit b/c the "sit" part is partially obstructed by the backof the baby's seat. Also, some people complained ab/ the maneuverability of the sit 'n stand. Basically it sounded like afterthe infant car seat was no longer in the picture, most people preferreda more traditional double stroller, and the vast majority of peoplepreferred side by side models over the back to back models b/c they areeasier to handle and lighter."

Welcome to Parents Start Here!
Mama Sprout here! As a Mom, I am overwhelmed by all the things out there for and about kids and family! Where to start? What are the most important things needed? What fits our needs the best? What's healthy behavior? What are "normal" bodily functions? In order to make informed decisions, I talk to alot of parents and I've joined online parent groups.
